About the Role
Intelligent Green Solutions (IGS) is hiring a Field Technician Crew Member to support residential solar installations. This is a hands-on role assisting with equipment setup, solar panel installation, and job site operations. Ideal for candidates with construction or roofing experience looking to grow in the renewable energy field.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a 2–3 person installation crew
• Assist with solar panel and electrical equipment installation
• Handle and maintain tools and job site equipment
• Support quality checks and job site safety
• Coordinate with project management for daily tasks

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of construction tools
• Roofing or framing experience preferred
• General understanding of electrical and construction work
• Comfortable using smartphones
• Experience working on construction or technical crews
• Valid Class D driver’s license

Preferred Experience

• Satellite/Dish installation
• Telecommunications or security system installation
