PROGRAM GUIDELINES

Promotion Name: This promotion is called the 2024 Intelligent Green Solutions Offer.

Eligibility Requirements: Open to individuals (the “Participant”) who (i) purchase a solar system or heat pump from Intelligent Green Solutions LLC during the Promotional Period, (ii) the system must be sold after August 17, 2024, (iii) contact Intelligent Green Solutions LLC for a free system design and proposal, and (iv) complete the purchase of the system, including signing any necessary agreements, during the Promotional Period. Rebates are determined based on the location, size, and configuration of the system. This offer is exclusively for systems purchased from Intelligent Green Solutions LLC.

Participants must have a valid email address on file with Intelligent Green Solutions LLC to receive instructions for claiming the rebate described below. Unclaimed rebates will expire after 6 months. By participating in this promotion, the participant agrees to receive marketing outreach via email, phone, and text. If tax information is required, the Participant agrees to provide correct and accurate information.

By participating in the 2024 Intelligent Green Solutions Offer, the Participant agrees to these terms and conditions, which constitute the entire understanding and agreement between Intelligent Green Solutions LLC and the Participant, superseding all other agreements, whether written or oral.

This Promotion may not be combined with any other offer or promotion issued by Intelligent Green Solutions LLC. Customers who have purchased a solar system or heat pump through a third party or wholesale retailer may be ineligible to participate.

Promotional Period: The Promotional Period shall run from August 17, 2024, to December 15, 2024, and shall expire at 11:59 p.m. on December 15, 2024.

Rebate Reward: Each eligible Participant will receive a rebate (the “Rebate Reward”) of up to $6,000, which will be applied as an immediate discount against the purchase price on the Participant’s sales contract. The Rebate Reward amount is determined by Intelligent Green Solutions LLC based on the location, size, and configuration of the purchased system. The Rebate Reward will be reflected directly in the sales contract as a reduction in the total purchase price.

Miscellaneous: This offer is made by Intelligent Green Solutions LLC. The Rebate Reward is intended to offset and effectively reduce the cost of the system at the point of sale. Failure to comply with the purchase terms may result in the forfeiture of the rebate. These Terms and Conditions, along with the offer details herein, constitute the entire understanding and agreement between Intelligent Green Solutions LLC and the Participant, superseding all previous agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to this subject matter.

Intelligent Green Solutions LLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend or cancel the promotion or substitute the Rebate Reward for any reason.

Privacy: Subject to these Terms and Conditions, Participant information submitted pursuant to this offer will be collected and used in accordance with Intelligent Green Solutions LLC’s Privacy Policy.
