Promotion Name:
This promotion is called the 2024-2025 Intelligent Green Solutions $500 Referral Program.

Eligibility Requirements:
The promotion is open to individuals (“Participant”) who:

• Refer a friend, family member, or acquaintance to Intelligent Green Solutions LLC.
• The referred individual must purchase a solar system or heat pump from Intelligent Green Solutions LLC during the Promotional Period.
• The system must be sold after August 17, 2024, and before September 17, 2025.
• The referred individual must contact Intelligent Green Solutions LLC, receive a free system design and proposal, and complete the purchase, including signing any necessary agreements, during the Promotional Period.

Participants must have a valid email address on file with Intelligent Green Solutions LLC to receive the referral bonus. The Participant agrees to receive marketing outreach via email, phone, and text.

By participating in the 2024-2025 Intelligent Green Solutions $500 Referral Program, the Participant agrees to these terms and conditions, which constitute the entire understanding and agreement between Intelligent Green Solutions LLC and the Participant, superseding all other agreements, whether written or oral.

Promotional Period:
The Promotional Period runs from August 17, 2024, to September 17, 2025, and expires at 11:59 p.m. on September 17, 2025.

Referral Bonus:
Each eligible Participant will receive a $500 referral bonus for every referred individual who purchases a solar system or heat pump from Intelligent Green Solutions LLC during the Promotional Period. The referral bonus will be paid in the form of a VISA gift card or can be applied to the Participant’s final invoice if they are an existing IGS customer. The referral bonus is eligible once the referred individual signs a contract with Intelligent Green Solutions LLC. The bonus will be paid within 30 days from the contract signing of the referred customer. There is no limit to the number of referrals a single Participant can make.

Miscellaneous:
This offer is made by Intelligent Green Solutions LLC. The referral bonus is intended to reward Participants for helping grow the IGS customer base. These Terms and Conditions, along with the offer details herein, constitute the entire understanding and agreement between Intelligent Green Solutions LLC and the Participant, superseding all previous agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to this subject matter.

Intelligent Green Solutions LLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend or cancel the promotion or substitute the referral bonus for any reason.

Privacy:
Subject to these Terms and Conditions, Participant information submitted pursuant to this offer will be collected and used in accordance with Intelligent Green Solutions LLC’s Privacy Policy.
