Rewards apply to the first referral we have on record for each person, so the reward stays with the first person who reaches out on their behalf. Referral rewards are for IGS customers, and if we can't match your details to a customer record, our team reviews it by hand before any reward attaches.
When do I get the $500?
After their solar project is finished and paid in full. We issue it as a $500 prepaid Visa card. Nothing is paid out at the proposal or contract stage.
What does the person I refer get?
$500 off their solar project with IGS, plus a system design and written proposal for their home with every New York incentive they qualify for spelled out. There is no obligation to move forward.
Do I need their permission before I send their details?
Yes. Please ask them first; the form asks you to confirm it. When we call, we mention that you sent us, and we keep it short.
What if they want a heat pump or a generator instead of solar?
Send them anyway. IGS installs heat pumps, geothermal, generators, roofing, and electrical work with in-house crews, and we will help them with whichever project fits. The $500 rewards apply to solar projects only.
What if they are already talking to IGS?
Rewards apply to the first referral we have on record for each person. If they already reached us on their own or through someone else, that referral is not eligible for the reward — we will still take good care of them.
