About our Geothermal Team
Intelligent Green Solutions (IGS) was founded in 2011 by two Cornell University graduates with a background in launching and scaling clean technology manufacturing companies. This expertise has given us deep knowledge in designing and delivering high-performance, long-lasting renewable energy systems.
At IGS, we take an engineering-first approach to integrating geothermal heat pump systems with the latest advancements in solar electric and battery storage. By sourcing cutting-edge technology from global leaders in Germany, Korea, and Japan, we design and install the most innovative geothermal solutions available today—including both horizontal and vertical loop fields for residential, commercial, and agricultural applications.
Leading our Heat Pump Division, Kevin Segit, our General Manager, brings nearly a decade of geothermal engineering experience. Working closely with our design engineers and construction teams, Kevin ensures that every system we install is optimized for maximum efficiency, durability, and long-term performance.
By combining advanced geothermal heating and cooling with solar energy and energy storage, IGS delivers future-proof, high-efficiency solutions that maximize sustainability, reduce energy costs, and ensure long-term performance. With a commitment to technical excellence and durability, we help our clients harness the most reliable and forward-thinking energy systems on the market.
