Intelligent Green Solutions is looking for qualified Office Manager candidates to join our industry-leading team. The Office Manager is a new position and will join our team located in the Bainbridge Training Center.
Responsibilities include:
This position requires a Team Player and Self Starter with excellent communication, management and interpersonal skills.
The primary roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Oversee project and job-site scheduling of internal and sub-contractors (1-2 internal staff + sub-contractors)
Assist with customer scheduling & follow up
Assist with basic customer billing and invoicing
Support sales technicians (1-2)
General office and administrative support (scanning / processing mail, insurance items, general office admin).
Coordinate with internal engineering teams
Coordinate with internal purchasing and planning teams
Maintain all OSHA compliance and safety standards
Requirements:
Office manager experience: 5 years
General construction knowledge: 5 years
Experience with sub-contractors: 2 years
Able to stand and walk for long periods of time
Able to lift over 70 pounds
Excellent computer skills, knowledgeable in Microsoft Word, outlook, and other Microsoft products
Experienced with smartphone (iPhone preferred)
