Job Duties and Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Have general construction experience (residential/commercial)
• Be able to work in a non-climate controlled environment
• Exceptional Safety knowledge of tools, testing devices, and surroundings
• Be able to wear required PPE including Gloves, Steel Toe Boots
• Have basic math skills and be able to read a tape measure
• Be able to lift 70 lbs, be quick, and organized
• Have reliable transportation
• Experience with using smartphone technology and applications (we use iPhone mobile devices)

Qualifications desired:

• Excellent verbal skills
• Professional personal & phone skills
• Iphone experience (must have excellent experience with smart phone)
• Strong interpersonal skills
• 2-year experience with electrical wiring including: pulling wire, installing conduit, and installing electrical service panels
• 2-year experience working with plumbing (could be for heating system or hot water)
• Energetic personality
• Well organized and ability to work independently

Travel Requirements:

• Personal vehicle required & drivers license
• Travel up to 60 miles to job site locations
• May travel directly to the job site from home location
