Backend Developer

As a Backend Software Engineer for our new product line, you will be building the core technology that powers our system of sustainable urban mobility. We’re launching our service quickly across the country, and you’ll be focusing on building the backend systems that can process lots of requests from our stations, IoT devices, and apps.

What You’ll Do

• Setup and host our Linux servers for our eco-system of urban mobility
• Develop continuously new features to improve the robustness of our system
• Monitor and improve the performance of all parts of our stack and be able to respond to system failures
• Be diligent about tracking data so that we will have a good look into how we can improve our products

About You

• You are experienced with Java and Springboot
• You have working experience with relational databases and are familiar with SQL
• Dealing with Git is no problem for you
• You have knowledge in HTML, JS(AngularJS) and CSS
• Nice to have: Know-How and experience in the field of microservices, Development and Hosting (Kubernetes, etc.)
• You are a team player, though still be able to work autonomously without constant supervision
• You like to integrate yourself in the process of improving our development & deployment processes
