Inverter Solar Cycling

Sometimes an Inverter Error can be resolved by “Power Cycling” the Inverter.
See graphic as well as list below.

To shut down power (marked with arrows):

  1. Turn inverter off by turning DC Disconnect knob on Inverter to OFF position (If you have multiple inverters turn off all in any order).
  2. Shut off AC Disconnect with AC disconnect lever
  3. Wait for LED lights on Inverter(s) to go out (light are located just below the SolarEdge logo)

Wait a minute for voltage to dissipate

To restore the power:

  1. Turn AC Disconnect back on
  2. Turn Inverter(s) to on by turning DC Disconnect knob on Inverter(s) to ON position (if you have multiple inverters turn on in any order).

It usually takes about 5-6 minutes for the system to fully reboot.

System normal function:

System producing – red light is off, green light is on, blue light is on:

Other LED descriptions:

System producing – red light is off, green light is on
Communicating – blue light is on, not communicating – blue light is off

Inverter Configuration or reboot – all lights are on

System pairing – all lights are blinking

System error – red light is on
