Adam is currently the CEO of IGS, and is involved in strategic planning consulting for SunMaxx and Silicon Solar. He founded Silicon Solar in 1999, with a solar thermal manufacturing company, SunMaxx Solar in 2006. Adam graduated from Cornell University with a degree in Business Management. Today he continues to look forward in the energy industry with IGS where he aims to achieve over 1GW of installed solar systems.

Strategic Investment - Partner

Adam is a Principal at a multi-billion dollar wealth management firm and has previously worked in business development, non-profits, and as a classically-trained opera singer. He graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree from Cornell University and an MBA from Fordham University. He advises IGS on project financing.

 

Nicolette Nordmark - Marketing and Communication Coordinator

Marketing and Communication Coordinator

Nicolette joined the IGS team in 2019 to rebuild and strengthen the marketing department. Nicolette graduated from Ithaca College with a degree in Integrated Marketing Communications and a minor in opera studies. Today Nicolette spends her days creating visual marketing collateral for IGS as well as managing the company’s social media and customer communication methods.

 

Edward Gunn - VP of Sales

Ed has been with IGS since the very beginning and is affectionately known as 'Mr. Clean' to the IGS team and customers. Ed spends his days helping IGS customers and working to train the IGS sales team and streamline and improve the internal IGS sales training programs.

 

Aneek Syndhr - Document & Compliance Manager

Aneek Syndhr

Document & Compliance Manager

Aneek joined IGS in 2014 to build and implement a department dedicated to document control and compliance. He received his ACCA and Bachelors of Science (with Honours) from Oxford Brookes University (UK). He spends his days streamlining the back end of IGS's project document management and ensuring that every project's paperwork, applications, and agreements are in order and meet all compliance requirements.

 

Raquel Balaba - Customer Relations Manager

Customer Relations Manager

Raquel facilitates interactions with our customers, and addresses and resolves any concerns or issues that may arise. She attended Mindanao State University in Marawi City, Philippines, and worked in Quality Control, Sales, and customer support before joining the IGS team.

 

Witold Wrobel - Engineering Manager

Engineering Manager

Witold is the head engineer responsible for complete solar system engineering. He obtained a Ph.D. in Energy Engineering from AGH University of Science and Technology in Krakow, Poland before working for GE, and has 10 years of experience in industrial process & energy engineering.
