Adam is currently the CEO of IGS, and is involved in strategic planning consulting for SunMaxx and Silicon Solar. He founded Silicon Solar in 1999, with a solar thermal manufacturing company, SunMaxx Solar in 2006. Adam graduated from Cornell University with a degree in Business Management. Today he continues to look forward in the energy industry with IGS where he aims to achieve over 150MW of installed solar and energy efficiency related technologies by 2016.

Brian graduated from Cornell University with a degree in Applied Economics and Management. He spent four years at JP Morgan working in their Securitized Products group and an additional four on the buy side trading credit indices. Brian was recently involved in developing the structure for solar thermal financing.

Greg has spent his entire career in the Securitized Products group at a top 3 multinational investment bank. For the past 5 years, he has traded and managed a billion dollar residential mortgage portfolio. Greg graduated summa cum laude from the University at Albany with a degree in Finance. Paul is a licensed General Contractor providing custom, remodeling, and home design recommendations to home owners and business in the Central Valley for the last 15 years. He was instrumental in the completion of multiple Woodard Homes developments in the Porterville area. His last assignment was working with a non-profit healthcare provider “Family Healthcare Network” to ensure multiple facilities run at maximum efficiency. Paul bring local area ordinance knowledge as well as California building code regulations. Paul looks forward to overseeing the California operation for IGS to build a cleaner and greener community.

Document & Compliance Manager
Aneek joined IGS in 2014 to build and implement a department dedicated to document control and compliance. He received his ACCA and Bachelors of Science (with Honours) from Oxford Brookes University (UK). He spends his days streamlining the back end of IGS's project document management and ensuring that every project's paperwork, applications and agreements are in order and meet all compliance requirements.

Matt has been with IGS since the very beginning and started in the solar industry in 2006 after 9 years in retail management. He studied History and English at SUNY Albany and Commercial Photography at NYIP. He spends his days working on the online and print marketing materials for IGS and assisting in streamlining the training program for new IGS sales team members.
